Refunds and Cancellations
Because each professional is an independent business, refunds and cancellation terms may vary depending on the professional providing the service.

Non-Refundable Services

Platform Responsibility
The Beauty House does not directly sell or provide beauty services. Our role is to provide the professional space, online presence, and booking tools that connect clients with independent beauty experts. As such, The Beauty House cannot issue refunds directly on behalf of professionals.
