Welcome to The Beauty House.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online booking platform, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), as well as your visit to our physical salon located in la Calahonda, Mijas, Málaga, Spain.

By accessing our Platform, making a booking, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform or services.

1. About The Beauty House

The Beauty House operates as a professional coworking space and online hub connecting clients with independent beauty professionals (the “Professionals”). Each Professional is an independent business owner responsible for their own services, prices, appointments, and customer experience.

The Beauty House provides:

  • A shared beauty facility,

  • An online booking and visibility platform,

  • Administrative and marketing support to professionals.

The Beauty House does not provide beauty services directly.
All services are rendered by the Professionals themselves.

2. Bookings and Payments

When you book an appointment through The Beauty House website, the service is provided by the chosen Professional, not by The Beauty House.

Payments may be processed:

  • Directly by the Professional, or

  • Through The Beauty House as an intermediary payment processor on behalf of the Professional.

In either case, the Professional remains solely responsible for fulfilling the service and ensuring its quality.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, reschedules, and cancellations are governed by each Professional’s individual policy.
If a Professional does not have a published policy, you may contact The Beauty House at info@thebeautyhouse.es, and we will assist you in reaching the Professional to resolve the issue.

The Beauty House does not issue refunds directly unless explicitly stated.

4. Conduct and Appointments

Clients agree to:

  • Arrive on time for appointments,

  • Provide accurate personal information,

  • Treat staff, professionals, and facilities with respect.

Professionals have the right to refuse service to clients who behave disrespectfully, breach hygiene or safety standards, or repeatedly miss appointments.

5. Liability Disclaimer

The Beauty House is not responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, or results of services provided by Professionals,

  • Any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages arising from services received,

  • Personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.

By booking a service through The Beauty House, you acknowledge that each Professional operates independently and assume all responsibility for your experience with that Professional.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, graphics, logos, and photographs are the property of The Beauty House or their respective owners and are protected by copyright laws.
Professionals may display their own brand names, images, and logos solely within their assigned profiles or pages on the Platform.

No material from our website may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected through bookings or inquiries is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data may be shared with Professionals strictly for the purpose of confirming or managing appointments.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or from services booked through The Beauty House shall be submitted to the competent courts of Málaga, Spain.
